Death On The Nile is an upcoming American mystery thriller, adapted by Michael Green’s screenplay by Kenneth Branagh, adapted by Agatha Christie’s 1837 novel. This is the 2017 murder sequel to The Orient Express and it features Branagh, who is back as Hercule Poirot, as well as Gal Gadot, Letia Wright, Army Hummer, Annette Benning, Rose Leslie, Emma Mackie, Ali Fazal, Sophie Okonado, and Tom. Batman Don French, Jennifer Sanders and Russell Brand. The film follows Poirot, the third adaptation of Christie’s novel after the 1978 film and the 2004 episode plot of the television series Agatha Christie’s Pirrot, a world-renowned detective who is involved in a loathsome wicked love triangle on vacation in Egypt.
Initial photography began in September 2019 at Longcross Studios in England and on the site of Egypt and was completed in December this year.
Blue Nile in Death is expected to be released in the United States 20th Century Studios on October 9, 2020 in theaters.

Una Ni Dhonghaíle will be the editor of Death on the Nile. Double Negative (DNEG) will deliver the visual effects of the film, with Oscar-winning special effects artist George Murphy acting as general supervisor for visual effects.
In January 2019, Patrick Doyle was announced as the composer of Death on the Nile. Doyle recently worked with director Kenneth Branagh to make Murder on the Orient Express, All Is True, and Artemis Fowl.
Death on the Nile is scheduled to be released by 20th Century Studios in the United States on October 9, 2020. It should have been released on December 20, 2019.
In an December two thousand seventeen interview with the Associated Press, Branagh discussed the possibility of further films and the adaptation of the Nile River over the possibility of creating a new “cinematic universe” of the Pirrot movie:
“I think there are opportunities, aren’t they?
